We cannot accept garments for return/exchange due to the customization with your team/department logo(s).  We have a 90-day from ship date return policy for defects, we will repair/replace the garment if it falls within the 90-day timeline.  If any garments are missing from your order it must be reported within 5 business days from receipt.

Damage to items (holes, snags, etc…) must be reported immediately upon receipt, before the item is worn/laundered.
